You know when you start a journey like this to better your health you think things will be so much more different than they actually are. I find myself missing so many things, like biscuits I never knew how good they really tasted until I could not have them anymore. Sweet Tea one of my many life altering forfeits, yes I said forfeit...I love Sweet Tea uh DUH HELLO I am from South Mississippi it's kind of a religious thing LOL I didn't ever really care for fast food so that is not really being missed at all, but pizza, brownies, chips...gah the wonders. Funny enough but I have been in to my kitchen 16 times today just to look in the pantry. If I wanted to give up I could I have brownies, muffins, cookie, you name it I can make it right now and just eat it; But I can't at the same time. I want to be healthy, I want to go for a late afternoon run with my husband and dogs. I just want to be normal, and here in good ole America obese is not normal, nor is it accepted.
On a side note, thank you all for being supportive.
